Ancient photographer who continues to primarily use film as I believe many images I want to make can be accomplished with that medium. I enjoy the time spent making a film photograph and especially treasure working with pre 1985 film cameras like the Olympus OM series, Nikkormats, Yashica Mats, and other twin lens reflex makes because they are so beautifully crafted. I believe film and film processors will be around as long as I will. Since I do not take what would be considered a large number of photos, cost has not been an issue. Although I largely leave digital cameras to younger generations, I do respect and admire the incredible technology that has been acheived since about 2004 and have at times used a high end Panasonic LX-7 compact camera with fast Leica lens when portability and low ambient light make it necessary. I frequently post montages which combine elements from several photos and are often derived from images licensed by Creative Commons.
