About Kinfolk Studios :

Kinfolk Studios was formed in 2008 by 4 friends from New York, Los Angeles, Sydney Australia and Tokyo, Japan. Kinfolk evolved from our desire to create the products and experiences that we imagined in our minds but couldn’t find in the market. Using our combined experience from a variety of disciplines we set out to source the highest quality designers, builders and techniques to develop our flagship product. In addition to Kinfolk bicycles, we also have a successful lounge in Tokyo’s Nakameguro neighborhood, and have worked in a creative capacity on a variety of projects, from broadcast television to collaborations with leading brands such as Nike, and K-Swiss. In 2010, Kinfolk Bicycles was awarded an International Design award by Wallpaper* Magazine.
