I am a writer, educator, arts programmer and manager, and musician raised in Maine and living in Brooklyn, New York with a Bachelors Degree in Cultural Studies and a Masters in Public Administration. By day I’m an arts administrator concentrating on helping artists think of themselves as entrepreneurs. By night I play guitar and sing in the shoegaze band Corita and write about art, culture and nonprofit management for print and online publications. For ten years I published the personal zine Indulgence and was deeply involved in zine culture.
