in all my future lives,

May I never fall under the influence of evil

companions;

May I never harm even a single hair of any

living being;

May I never be deprived of the sublime light

of Dharma.

TO DO LIST: meditate; manifest my destiny; inspire others don't hinder them; increase the positive & decrease the negative; smile more & frown less; laugh more & cry less; forgive more & resent less; be more compassionate & less indifferent; embrace joy & resist anger; perform acts of altruism & abolish personal selfishness; be tolerant not judgmental; display calmness & quash mania; be more optimistic & less pessimistic; look for the good in others & look past the bad; respect all living things & only raise your hands to embrace them in a hug; speak kindly to others & refrain from speaking about others; speak softly & walk softly; walk in the light & rest in the dark; meditate; sleep; awaken the buddha within me.....

I WANT ENLIGHTENMENT

i want to shine and glimmer like the undulating ocean beneath the hot summer sun

i want to glide across the ice lake of dharma like a playful child on a cold winter's day

i want to calm my mind like a ring master does a ferocious tiger under the big top

i want enlightenment - i understand that i already am, i just need to realize it.....
