I was born on May 29th, 1994 in Portland, Oregon. There, I spent most of my childhood. About 5 years ago, I moved to Vancouver, WA with my family. My family is a small one, consisting of my dad Tuan, my mother Christy, and my sister Angelina. My mother wasn't one for art but my father was an amazing drawer/sketcher. He showed me some of his drawings and I was amazed at his skill. I took up sketching for a while, and I had shown some potential that the skills my father has is dormant within me. But than, one day he showed me a camera.

With the camera opened new possibilities for me as an artist. No longer did I spend as much time as I used to with a pencil. I just played with the camera all the time, shooting everything I thought looked interesting. However, I had shown no potential as I had with my drawings. Oddly, I still kept with the camera instead of picking up a pencil. It wasn't until I started taking classes in high school where I developed some skills as an amateur photographer. It was there where I learned the techniques in photography and where I developed a passion for such a medium of art.

Once I graduate high school, I plan to continue photography. However, I don't see it being a occupation or anything of the kind, but I do see it as a side-job or perhaps hobby. I want to further developed my skills and create beautiful images that I can share with my friends and family, sending messages of hope, passion, and showing how much I care for them, as much of my inspiration comes from them.
