Thanks for stopping by! I enjoy posting my work and expressing all the beauty that I see around me.
Although my 1st love in photography is nature and the outdoors, I usually find a way to incorporate this into my Lifestyle, Wedding, and Portrait shoots.
If you think back to the most memorable and exciting events in your life, it's often the inception, or the beginnings that tend to hold the fondest of memories. There is so much beauty and emotion to be captured in these moments. What I love about photography is the ability to secure bits of these occasions in a single frame so they can be looked back upon for years, and shared with those closest to you.
My Style:
My style of photography has evolved over the years to more of a photo-journalistic approach with most portrait and wedding shoots…looking to catch real moments as they happen, and doing it in an unobtrusive way. Although I have done some posed photography, I have found that the honest and true emotions tend to come through so beautifully when you forget that the photographer is there, and you are just being you.
Of all the photos taken of my husband and I on our wedding day, the ones that decorate our home to this day are those that show us in-between poses with natural expressions, while we were simply talking or adjusting our clothing.
Everyone’s shoot is different in many ways…the location, weather, time of day… but most importantly it’s capturing your unique-ness and telling your story though photography.
Each day holds something new and enchanting to be revealed. I’d love to hear from you about what exciting event is happening in your life!
