Hello, my name is Stefano.

I was born in Irvine and grew up on the west coast of Scotland in a small seaside town called Saltcoats. I studied audio & visual communication (which included photography) at Glasgow College of Building and Printing back in 1988, we had films to process and dark rooms to use back then, so all this digital stuff is a real treat to work with in terms of efficiency but not much else has changed with SLR's.

I received my first DSLR in January 2012 which is a Canon EOS 550D which I just upgraded from the kit lens to the 17-55mm f/2.8 USM, it just about comes everywhere with me. My preferred subject matter is landscape and scenery shots in coastal, country or urban locations.

My ideal kit bag would include the following, as I believe these will best suit my style:

Canon USM 10-22mm

Canon USM IS 15-85mm

Canon USM IS 70-300mm

(with a range of ND, Graduated and CPL filters to fit all)
