Kevin Parker Horseboxes Ltd specialises in the manufacture of the Helios and Aeos bespoke horsebox ranges.

We have a very dedicated team, taking pride in the work that they do. The company has several departments: KPH commercial spray shop, specialising in all aspects of paintwork, our Coat-X department, specialising in spray-on Polyurea protective coating and Sign-X signs and graphics, for all aspects of signage, from vinyl on vehicles to shop signs.

Our KPH commercial spray shop team have experience in both the commercial vehicle and the aerospace (military and commercial aircraft) industries. We not only spray our own coachbuilt horseboxes, but new builds that are brought to us by customers and other manufacturers, these include conversions and resprays. We pride ourselves in the quality of our paintwork and it is the face of our company, for this reason we have a standalone external spray booth

Coat-X Polyurea spray-on protective coating is an amazing product and we spray anything from military vehicles to horseboxes and ramps. Coat-X totally transforms any horse area, making them lighter by replacing heavy rubber mats, kick sheets and cappings, also making them one hundred percent waterproof.

Sign-X signs and graphics specialise in signage and graphics solutions for all types of businesses. Our highly trained and experienced team offer a complete design, manufacture and fitting service. From vehicle signage to gel coated logos and from consultation to installation our friendly team of professionals will help you turn your ideas into reality.

Where possible we manufacture component parts on site giving us greater control of timings and quality. We have a steel fabrication department that manufacture everything we use in our bespoke Helios and Aeos horseboxes.

The Helios and Aeos horsebox ranges are truly innovative, designed from the ground up taking every aspect of transporting customer’s horses into consideration. We can boast the lowest loading height and the highest payloads, a forty percent reduction in vibration and sound levels, fantastic aerodynamics and lower fuel consumption, better reliability, longevity and much lower depreciation. We are so confident in our products we include a comprehensive two year warranty to give each customer total peace of mind.
