Since there seems to be some confusion I decided it was best to add this to my profile again.

Why Kevin Logan Photography when my name is Kevin McCarthy. When I started photography and joined flickr I decided to go by Kevin Logan as a tribute to my father Logan McCarthy who was a photographer when I was growing up. My middle name is also Logan so at the time Kevin Logan just seemed to fit.

I first really started playing around with photography in September of 2007. Since then I'm already on my second dslr and spend most of my free time either taking pictures, thinking of pictures or working on pictures. It has only been a short time but it feels like I have been taking photos my whole life. The world just looks right when I see it though my camera. I can't believe that it has taken me this long to find something that I love to do so much.
