- I work with individuals, businesses, government, and non-profits to educate them on social media and technology in lesson and seminar format;

- I implement or upgrade technology solutions such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, blogs, Flickr, YouTube, email marketing, mobile setup, cross platform posting tools and more;

- I train staff to post and run social media accounts;

- I support organizations through the myriad of changes they will experience using these services.
