Kevin is a joy to know and this testimonial for him is long overdue. Here's a guy that possesses a superb eye for color, composition and detail. Just have a look at his stream and you'll soon see what I mean. He's a brilliant landscape and macro photographer, Kevin sees things for what they are, pure and simple. Unknowingly they become his own but are soon given back, in the form of beautiful art taking us up close to see crisp details of flowers or a spectacular view of his English landscape. Also have to say he is a gentleman to the core and a good flickr friend and supporter. A fine artist who believes in encouraging and motivating others. Almost everyday I'm amazed when visiting Kevin's stream! His pictures, in particular his macro shots, are so wonderful. There are not many photographers that can capture fine details and colours with the same perfect focus as he does. Kevin is such a great inspiration and I really do admire his work. But is not only because of his photographing skills that I'm happy to have met Kevin, he is also a great friend. Funny, sweet and generous with comments and advices! Thank you for everything Kevin! Well, if there was ever a photographer on Flickr that was hugely overlooked it would be Kevin!! His photography is amazing and always inspiring. Please take the time to look through his stream, I promise you will not be disappointed!! I love all of his work, from the stunning landscapes to the vibrant flowers to the icky nasty bugs (LOL). Just kidding, I really do like the bug shots.. I'm just jealous that I can't master those captures... maybe it's because Canon's just don't like the creepy crawly. ;0) Not only is Kevin a creative photographer, he is also a very faithful contact. Besides the obvious eye for the amazing in his photos, the thing that I most admire about Kevin is his vision for the integrity of his photography. In his photostream I see his photography as a passion, an extension of who he is and how he views his world, which, takes each photo to a whole new level of meaning. It's only fitting & right that I pat this talented photographer on the back. He so kindly wrote one for me. I first discovered Kevin's photostream one day by an amazing shot www.flickr.com/ph.... I was blown away by the depth he had captured in the photo & upon closer look I noticed we shoot with the same brand camera. We Oly people have to stick side-by-side in this world. I'm just joking it wouldn't matter if he used a dime store camera. Kevin has a never ending stream full of beautiful flowers that are full of quality details & razor sharp. You will most likely not just find a flower, but usually it will be accompanied by a bee, fly or butterfly. I believe he must carry them in his pocket & super glue them on :-) You will also find an array of lovely photo's of the surrounding Cornish countryside that I find really fascinating. On top of being a talented photographer he has a witty quirky sense of humor that has pulled me out of my flickr funk & made it fun again. I would like to Thank you for being a wonderful flickr friend
