Since my childhood days I have loved the outdoors and wildlife which I credit to my father who took me fishing starting at the age of nine. However, it was only recently that I seriously took up wildlife photography...specifically avian, since living in Florida. I feel extremely fortunate to be in an area surrounded by protected wetlands and the many National Wildlife Refuges that are home to the most amazing bird species as well as wildlife.
