I'm a hobby photographer, although I'm not able to devote as much time to it as I would like.

I am mainly interested in landscapes, but I am attempting to experiment with different types of photography, and I am an avid reader of photo mags and books, to try and improve, and get more knowledge.

I live in Christchurch in Dorset, England, and I particularly like to photograph the local area.

Prior to joining Flickr, my photos would be simply filed away, more often than not with nobody ever seeing them. Flickr has given my hobby a new lease of life, and I would like to say a big thank you, to everyone that has taken the trouble to view and comment on any of my images. Just to add, I have no problem with people who fave without comment. It's still a huge compliment that someone likes one of my shots enough to favourite it, and hey, we all know that sometimes life gets too busy. I definitely know that feeling!
