Drag to set position!
69, married for almost 50 years and with two lovely grown up daughters and a couple of grandchildren. Proud? Who me? ;-)
Waiting to see what life still holds in store :-)
Always had a camera but took up photography more seriously when my dad fell seriously ill and I wanted a quiet place to think and pray. The local wildlife reserve hit the spot and when a friend gave me a rather cool camera - well once I started watching the wildlife more closely - the rest is history.
Creation is pretty marvellous and although nature can be 'red in tooth and claw' yet there is tremendous beauty all around. Dad died peacefully in the end - but the journey was hard. No-one ever said life would be easy - but God says that there's a lot that needs to be put right - and He's working on it :-).
In the meantime I just 'wish' I'd opened my eyes, as well as my heart, a bit earlier to the beauty that is all around - and my photography - definitely not technically perfect by any means - is another way of trying to record what I see and enjoy so much.
