Kelsey Smith. The name seems common but her talent is surely one of a kind. When she first showed me some of her work, I didn't think it was hers at first and she had to tell me time and time again that it was, in fact, her own. Kelsey knows exactly the right moment to capture, and will do anything in her power to create the best picture possible. To her, pictures aren't money, a pass to popularity, or using the most expensive camera she can get her hands on. Photography to Kelsey, is about storytelling. Some people write music; others write books; some are on television; others paint, Kelsey photographs. She has a given talent, and uses it to the best of her ability. It's hardto imagine all this creativity, astonishment, and all this talent comes from one single teenaged girl.
