I am now the Supervising Senior Producer for Multimedia at NPR after having been the Multimedia Director for The Washington Post (formerly the Photography Editor for The Washington Post Magazine and The Washington Post).

I started out as a photographer for The Washington Post and the Boston Globe. Way back in the '90's, I switched to the web, and set up the photography and multimedia departments at both washingtonpost.com and America Online.

I also coordinate the judging for the National Press Photographer's Association Best of Photojournalism on the Web contest. And check out NPR's "The Picture Show" for radio's take on photography!
