I love to create... anything!

My first experience with art was an introduction to crayons! Yes, good ole' crayola... It started with simple coloring in the lines, which eventually progressed to high lights and low lights and soon I was melting the crayon onto paper using my bedside lamp! Mom really got a kick out of that one...

Then at 8 years old, my Pappap bought me my first art container complete with charcoal and oil pastels. He bought me books to learn proper techniques... which I completely threw out the window! LOL!

My love of art grew into Acrylics and Oil Paints, which I dabbled in during High School... though never properly trained in its use, I do have fun splashing a bit of color to a canvas, and by canvas, I mean anything lying around!

About 2 years ago I started designing jewelry. I loved how I could create amazing peices of art that people could wear! The idea that something I made could be seen beyond my little town is amazing... I love using bold colors that reflect the beauty of the islands! Everything I create is in some way inspired by the beauty of Hawaii and the islands of Polynesia.
