I first started photography as a teenager. I would have loved to pursue a career path as a photographer but was convinced by my parents to learn something decent ;)

So years later I am still very much into photography. I never got rid of the bug and in my eyes the digitalisation has opened up possibilities which I had never dreamt of in my younger days.

On top of that I get to see places I would have otherwise never ventured :)

When I started my flickr profile in 2010 I only had a camera and looking back at my pictures you can tell as they are more snapshots. As time went by I got more equipment and with it my pictures and their quality evolved. I learnt how to use processing software. But for me it's not about the processing but getting it right in camera straight away as I love to be outdoors to take my pictures.
