I met Katey in an odd sort of way. We were both climbing mount Everest but we were doing it from opposite sides of the mountain. We both got to the top at the exact same time. We hit it off almost instantly and took a few photos together but as I was taking a photo MySpace style a weird looking bird came and snatched the camera out of my hand. We laughed and laughed. Later, we realized most of the laughing was due to the lack of oxygen in the atmosphere. Regardless we've been friends ever since. Oh yeah, she's a good photographer too.
