acquiring a new camera means acquiring new photos and acquiring a new flickr account to showcase things that may or may not cause laughter to erupt from the mouths of professionals and/or non-novices. i'm not new to photography, but i am rusty.

i'm a crusty old curmudgeon who enjoys knitting, reading british and russian literature, thinks bingo is just the bee's knees, and has little faith in our future if these current teenagers are our future leaders. all of this, stuffed into the body of a 27 year old.
