KayCpics - View my most interesting photos on Flickriver

Digital photography and Flickr have rekindled a love for photography that has lain dormant for over 20 years because of little distractions like kids, job, house - you know the same things that most of you deal with. Things have finally slowed down so I can now take the time to look at the world with newly opened eyes and search for what is beautiful and what is, maybe, not so beautiful.

I try very hard to not fall into a style. Nature photography is one of my favorites but I also enjoy macro, architectural, an occasional image manipulation and lately some portrait work. I try to keep my photo steam diverse, if you don't like what you see today just come back tomorrow, it will be different.

Feel free to look and leave comments, positive and negative are both welcome. You can also feel free to look and not comment, that’s OK too. If you chose me as a contact I will be thrilled but I can't promise I will add you as my contact, nothing personal. If you do choose to make me a contact and /or mark one of my images as a favorite and you have no images on your site and / or your profile is blank I will block you. Sorry, I hate to be this way but I have had problems with such accounts in the past.

It is my hope that you enjoy what you find here because I certainly enjoyed creating it.

Gail Peck says:

Kevin blows me away with his images. Each post is a new surprise and all his photos are top notch technically. In fact, I'm not sure if he knows how to take a bad photograph! Whether it's nature, architecture, macros, or just plain whimsy, he will not disappoint.

Kevin is DEFINITELY my favorite contact! His photos amaze me daily and I always look forward to see what he posts next. His comments are always spot on with a touch of wit. He is the kindest person I have met through Flickr. I predict he will go far in Flickr land and I hope to follow his path. Rootz
