I have a passion for pictures, art and all other things that make me feel happy by means of my eyesight. My eyes need a bath full of beauty to relax in at least once a day.

I like to think some day I myself will create something beautiful, inspired by everything see. But somehow it remains a thought. A Big Thought that feels like a ticking time bomb in my head. How will I feel if that thing ever goes off? Happy? Relieved? Exalted? Sick? Bonkers? Will it go off? As you can imagine, my life with myself and my head is full of surprises and never dull.

When I make pictures, it is mostely to make sure I will never forget a special moment with my family and other people who are dear to me. But often my eyes live a life of their own and are looking for strange, unnoticed things, little stupid things, beautiful neglected things, accidental compositions, peculiar contrasts etc. etc. They are so busy, that I forget everyting around me. Also, I'm ashamed to admit, the special moments with my family and other people who are dear to me.

I like to wander around on Flickr and let the photo's I bump into surprise me. There is so much to see from all over the world. But I'm not someone who is glued to the computer, so there are days, even weeks, that I am otherwise occupied. Because to impatient to read 'how to's' and to lazy to explore all the possibilities I have on this site, my actions are limited. If you look around in my little Flickr-corner and you think that it will improve dramatically by doing/using something you always do/use, please let me know. g

I am a bit shy about my own photo's. I have lots and lots of them, but it will take a while before I am ready to share more than I am doing now.

Maybe it is silly, but I feel that my photo's must have a catchy title. And I know now, after trying and trying, that I have a big problem. Making up catchy titles isn't one of my strong points. If you have any suggestions, please share them with me. Thanx!
