My now grown sons gave me the flickr bug back in 06, when they were teens. They seldom post here any longer, although both of them are now professional photographers and involved in film making to various degrees. I'm still plugging away with my 'hobby' when I can. I have always loved photography and the invention of digital and cell cameras make photo taking accessible to me again. I am gifted with a good quality point and shoot camera by my husband and enjoy seeing what I can capture and create with my 'toy'.

I also post photos of my nature sketching and other artwork or occasional crafting activities. Thanks for your interest!

wasn't even taken by me! Lol...my sweetheart took it, but I tweaked it a bit in picasa...so it's partially my creation. ;o)

Since then a few of my own shots have been chosen to be included in Explore. It's always fun when that happens!
