I'm a photographer / mixed media artist / general geek from the Pacific Northwest recently moved to the Heartland of Iowa.

I'm active within my community of creatives, a guardian of some wonderful kitties and a student of language.

I love Japanese culture and language and am currently studying Nihongo with the goal of becoming fluent and living abroad. *crosses fingers*
