I am an artist from New Jersey who paints and draws animals, both serious and silly. I work in colored pencils, charcoal, pastel, ink, gouache and also acrylic paints. All of my drawings are done freehand right on the medium.

I also like to design on the computer in Freehand and Photoshop, which I have been using for about 20 years. For screen printing I have been able to recreate, (from embroidered patches and photos from the side of fire trucks), the art in Freehand and/or Photoshop to make it suitable for printing.

I am self taught in these programs and am very comfortable with them. I always manage to get them to do what I want. I recently was trying out an Adobe Illustrator demo and find it very similar to Freehand. I believe that it wouldn't take me long to catch on to Illustrator.

Logo/Computer Art

I am interested in licensing my art and this set shows my art in groupings, 'Dining Out/Food', 'Gambling' and 'Patriotic'. The Patriotic set shows my character rat Markus. He was drawn and scanned into the computer where I added a flag I had done. I am also able to tile my art in Photoshop.
