My interest in photography has been growing for a few years now. I was shooting primarily with a Canon Powershot SD800 IS and I used that for about 3 years. It felt pretty limiting at times so I upgraded to an Olympus E-520 in January of 2010. I use that with the kit lenses: Zuiko 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6 and 40-150mm f/4.0-5.6 ED and extension tubes for any macro shots I take.

 

I upgraded again to a Nikon D5100. I have the 18-55mm VR lens and also a 55-300mm VR lens. Its been fun experimenting with a new camera but I have a long way to go!

 

I hope to continue to meet fellow photographers and learn from them. Im really grateful to the ones who have helped so far :)

 

I want my photographs to inspire people to preserve nature. There is nothing more beautiful than the amazing things that plants and animals do on a daily basis. I love a lot of color in my photos and thats what I look for. I hope people continue viewing my page and provide feedback so that I can continue improving my skills.
