In photography I have found an adequate means of communicating. I use it as a tool to express thoughts and wonder and it guides me in self-reflection.

Where verbal communication often falls short, images create for me the opportunity to express my feelings in a more differentiated way. Words often are narrowly defined, restrictive and plain inadequate whereas one image in itself can offer various interpretations.

Moreover, I find it a challenge to ever dig deeper into the possibilities of this medium searching for the best ways to convey my message by means of an image.
