I was bitten (while holding my Sony Cybershot) by the shutterbug during a trip to San Francisco in 2007. A few months later, I found myself the proud owner of a Sony alpha 700. Since then, I spend hours each day learning how to work the thing.

I have a degree in Apparel Merchandising and a minor in Piano Performance. I'm currenly taking a few classes each semester at my local university and am 12 hours away from a Liberal Arts degree.

I have a husband, 3 kids, and 2 dogs.

Baroque music, structured jackets, and japanese tea top my list of loves. Topping my list of addictions includes, but is not limited to, Ginger Ale, shoes, and period films/books. I appreciate clean floors and Nag Champa incense.

I've recently turned my love of photography into a business based in a small town just southwest of New Orleans, deep in the cane fields.
