I am very new to SL photography, it all started recently with someone liking a picture that I took. It has opened up a whole new world for me. When I see some of the work out there, I am totally in awe, and feel quite humbled by it, I can only aspire to be that good. I have so much too learn, so I am taking small steps, experimenting an enjoying the journey. The creativity aspect knows no bounds, it's endless, especially in SL you can make any vision a reality. There are so many magnificent, creative, talented people in SL, who create constantly astounding visuals for us to photograph, the beauty being that each photo is totally unique to the photographer.

For me, an image should invoke an emotion from first sight, whether it be happy, sad, thoughtful or WOW. The essence of an image should spark something within you, then you know you have succeeded. Of course, beauty is in the eye of the beholder as with many things, what appeals, or what one interprets in an image varies greatly, which is all part of the fun of creating something.
