Well I figured it was about time I got something down in writing about one of my original and favorite contacts. Mike is an amazing contact - always ready to offer advice and always there to boost your confidence. His photography is truly original and inspiring. Among my favourite shots are the seagulls. He has an amazing knowledge of names and always has a great narrative for all of his images. Stay as you are - big hugz from a big fan!

Mike was my first mentor here on Flickr. He had to get stern with me(like a father to a daughter) in the beginning, but he helped me and guided me to be the best Flickr-ite that I could be. I appreciate everything that Mike does for me....... from his honest appraisals of my photos to his guiding hand on what I should and should not do with my images AND in groups on Flickr. Mike is a truly talented photographer and I always look forward to his next post. I also look forward to his comments on my photographs. Without them my photo just doesn't seem complete. I know that if Mike give me praise and awards....then I have a decent photograph. If Mike gives me a just a comment.......then I know my photo is so-so and so on and so forth. I appreciate his honesty and that each time his comments are different and helpful. Thank you so much, Mike, for being a wonderful Flickr friend!!! Some of these quotes are well established...see his profile...but my FAV is his own...Keep Clickin'...Despite his age...LOL...anyone who views his photostream will see that he has improved fantastically since joining flickr. The photos cover a wide variety of subjects which he presents with a passion. Two Gull photos are something else...as are his flowers...as are his dogs...as are...go look and see.
