Sono nato a Grosseto, nel cuore della Maremma toscana, e cresciuto a Scansano, patria del Morellino.

Dal 1997 vivo a Milano, città in cui mi ero trasferito per frequentare il Politecnico e che con il tempo ha finito per adottarmi.

Laureato in ingegneria informatica e giornalista, attualmente lavoro come consulente in ambito IT.

 

La fotografia per me è più di una passione. È un mio modo di condividere la bellezza, di fissare un'emozione, di esprimere un punto di vista o di documentare un fatto.

La fotografia è il canale attraverso il quale la realtà incrocia l'arte, è ciò che si mostra al confine tra l'oggettività di quello che sta davanti all'obiettivo e la soggettività di chi vi guarda attraverso.

Born in Grosseto (Tuscany, Italy), since 1997 I have lived in Milan where I currently work as IT consultant.

Graduated in IT engineering, thanks to the five-year cooperation with a popular magazine, since 2004 I have become a member of the italian press association.

 

Photography is for me something more than a mere passion. It is my way to share the beauty I meet, to fix emotions, to express my point of view or simply to record a peculiar event.

Photography is the channel through which reality crosses art, it is what is going to be shown at the border between the objectivity of what stands in front of the lens and the subjectivity of who looks through it.
