Rych has a rich understanding of people. Not only is it rich, his understanding is so in depth, that he not only captures the "true" or "real life" moment, he captures the soul. Rych has a keen understanding of light and how it effects his environment. He can capture a scene with nothing but ambient light and make it glow as if it were lit to the tee with octobanks and softboxes. Some might call him the "reflector king" or the "tin foil prophet," as he miraculously uses what he finds to direct the sunlight that is available.
