Whether I'm snapping a shot, coloring outside the lines, sketching my heart out, or gracing the stage, I always strive to tell a story. A good story breathes life into everything, especially art and photography.

My name is Jamie, and I'm the cozy girl behind JamiesTurnTV (formally known as Jamie's Shutter Art (JSA)). Thanks to the internet, the ultimate game-changer, I have been able to teach myself the ins and outs of photography and Photoshop for over a decade now. In 2010, I landed my dream gig at a private boarding school in Connecticut, working in their Marketing and Communications department doing what I love most: capturing life through my lens.

Over the years, I have honed my craft and come to specialize in four different types of photography: portrait, fine art, still life, and black and white. With each click of the shutter, we will weave a brand new tale together, one photo at a time.
