I made my profession as an equestrian photographer and journalist in 2005 and loved every second of it. I drove across the United States (twice) to Middleburg, Virginia, from San Diego, California to pursue this passion. I've followed eventing, hunter/jumper and dressage circuits from backyard to Olympic levels around the country to capture the highs and lows of the equestrian sport and lifestyle. I worked for The Chronicle of the Horse magazine for two years and have plenty of equestrian stock photography just waiting to see the light of day.
