I am interested in the themes of technology, both past and present, and where the romantic function of an object, like a cup, meets the magical technology of the digital age. Pottery objects share a usefulness and familiarity with modern technology while being ironically simple upon technological comparison. Using two mediums, ceramics and entrepreneurialism, I explore technology’s role in art, and art’s role in technology.
