On October 7-9, five of us went on a trip through the interior of Korea to sample the local delicacies. Our trip was documented by KBS2 to be aired as a TV show at a later date, under the direction of the Korean Food Foundation, run by the Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
This profile provides information on Korean food located along the Jungang Expressway running from Chuncheon down to Daegu. Specifically, we will focus on delicacies of Chuncheon, Hoengseong-gun, and Andong.
