I've been interested in photography for a long time, but I've set myself the project of taking what I see, without interfering with it, or asking people to pose. I know I could get different results, and I love some of the things that other Flickr photographers do, but I like to see what I can find. I may remove a grass blade in the foreground, or take pictures that people ask me to where they pose, but my preference is for the telling gesture or detail, or for landscape, usually without people in it. It makes for an interesting project, but I can see that it is somewhat limited.
Lately I have become very interested in infrared photography with converted cameras. It provides a fresh new look at my daily surroundings.
I AM ALSO USING MY FLICKER ACCOUNT TO POST PICTURES DIGITIZED FROM MY FAMILY ARCHIVE SO OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS CAN HAVE ACCESS TO THEM.
OTHER FLICKRITES ARE ALSO GETTING A KICK OUT OF THIS BLAST FROM THE PAST!
