I'm a retired fisheries biologist with a long-time interest in birds. I have been pretty active in the local Audubon Society. I live in Juneau, Alaska. My wife, Debi, is a nurse. We have two grown daughters. I took a photography class after I retired and consider myself strictly a novice. I find photography a challenge and great fun. I am now using a Nikon d7500.
