Robert Bruce Anderson, or Bo as he is better known, was born in 1981 and has loved the theatre for as long as he can remember. After graduating from the University of Alaska Fairbanks in 2004 with a BA in Theatre Performance and a minor in Art he began his career as a playwright an actor and a theatrical carpenter.

  

Bo Anderson's one act plays Sea Turtle (2009), Puppet Play (2008), Happiness Hunting (2007), Something New (2006), and Pre-Post-Eros (2004), have all been selected for readings at the Last Frontier Theatre Conference. In June of 2008 Puppet Play was directed by Zac Moss at the Cause for Applause Theatre, a professional student theatre company based at Wiltshire College in Trowbridge, England. Happiness Hunting was produced for the Warwickshire One-Act Festival (2008), an independent event held as "round one" for the All England Theatre Festival (AETF), and in 2007 Happiness Hunting had its Alaskan Premiere in Valdez, directed by Dawson Moore. In 2006 his one page play Ferry Terminal had its World Premiere at the ONO Theatre in Bern Switzerland, directed by Anna Jakob. While in Anchorage, Alaska his one page play LosVariables was selected twice for performance at the 2005 Don't Blink One Page Play Festival.

  

Living in the temperate rain forest that is Juneau Alaska, Bo works as the Auditorium Manager of the Juneau Douglas High School Auditorium.
