Used to use film SLRs, only recently got DSLR and have become enthused again after a long break. Now pondering the complexities of post-processing.....I see so many inspirational pics but want to know...how did you do that;??

as regards gear...I have Nikon. 50mm 1.8, 35mm 1.8, 90mm macro 2.8, 24-120mm 1:4. I love shallow dof! just ordered a ultra wide tokina 11-16mm and am looking forward to learning how to use that!

I've realised that I like taking candid pics of people because I like them, and especially light and shadow!
