I'm a nature enthusiast although my knowledge of the subject is not great, but slowly improving.

I am a member of Ealing Wildlife Group and you can find us on Facebook. It's amazing how much wildlife can be found in an urban area such as Ealing, where I currently live.

I'm based in West London, and spend most of my camera time at my local nature reserve, Warren Farm nature reserve.

I love collecting images of different species and it's a real thrill getting an image of something I haven't seen or photographed before, getting the correct ID is tricky but with help I get quite a lot correctly identified.

You'd be surprised how captivating the project has become for me and I now get really excited if I see a Beetle, etc that I haven't seen before.

I would like to thank all of the people on Flickr who have given me help and encouragement and also provided me with correct ID's for countless images.

I use a Nikon D7500, Laowa 100mm macro, and a Rayox DCR-250 for my macro shots.

I am really enjoying my photography although I still have an awful lot to learn.

UPDATE: After putting down my camera for what looks like 10 years, I am back and hopefully I will continue where I left off. The only problem is that I have forgotten everything I knew about photography and Nature!
