i have always loved taking pictures but it wasn't until november 2009 that i really developed my passion for photography. that was when i picked up my first SLR (a used canon 40D) and learned how to control all the manual bits while i had some time out between jobs.

can't believe i didn't get into it sooner, but i'm trying to make up for lost time. i'm not quite sure where my photography will take me, but for now i'm having a great time and learning tons every time i go out with a camera. hopefully this never stops.

i recently started experimenting with film as well as digital. my current cameras:

- canon 5DmkII (just upgraded from 40D)

- lomo LC-A (original from soviet union)

- fujifilm instant camera (polaroid-style)
