I use a Canon EOS 70D a 450D to get shots together with a Canon powershot 510, and an iPhone when I'm on the move.

For Flickr I use softwares like Aperture 3, Adobe PSE, Focus 2Pro ect. And hosting my personal Photo library on Mac OS X on a MBA 11' attached to a 29:6 ultra-wide screen.
