Julia is Contributing Editor at Dessert Professional magazine, a James Beard Foundation Journalism Awards finalist, and President-Elect of the International Association of Culinary Professionals. Her first book, Cookie Swap: Creative Treats to Share Throughout the Year, was a three-time Cordon d’ Or Culinary Academy Awards winner.
