Regarding the use/publication of pictures I make available on this site

You may use/publish the pictures in my photostream under certain conditions since they are protected by the following licence:

creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/2.0/deed.en

To put it plainly:

When you want to use any of my photo's, in a non-commercial manner:

Put my name with it (Jules Stoop), clearly visible and close to the picture and - when used on the intertubes - a link to my flickr page.

When you want to make commercial use of any of my photos you must contact me first and ask for permission. This might or might not lead to me asking you to pay me something. You can reach me via e-mail on: julesstoop(at)gmail.com

You are free to use my images as a source for anything you create yourself but only if you redistribute your work under a similar licence. Note: derivatives include (extreme) crops of any of my images protected by this licence.
