After encouragement from people in all aspects of my life who have seen my own "screen saver" photographs, I am finally going to give photography a "shot". Bad pun - sorry.

To date, every picture I have taken is from instinct and what pleases my eye. I am on a journey to learn the technical details of photography. Composure, features of my camera, sofware tools.

Any advice/insights people have to offer is welcome.
