I am a glass artist working in the Pacific Northwest. I work with glass created at a local company to create lampworked beads for jewerly designers, and create bowls and other functional art through the kilnforming process. I love glass. If it were a boy I'd marry it. I have been working in glass since 2004, and have gone fulltime since the beginning of 2006. As of August, 2007, I am a Mom! =) Derek is the new joy of my life.

To keep things moving while I work on my glass career, I still design and maintain a few websites, as website development was my previous career for ten years. I also am Thomas Dolby's Tour Manager and website caretaker, so when he goes on the road, I pack up my beads and jewelry tools and go with him. I miss my studio when I am on the road, but the road is a great place for inspiration.
