I fell in love with photography when I was modelling in my 20's. Now on the other side of the lens, I'm a long-time semi-pro photographer whose path has been a mix of interest and opportunity. I typically shoot with a range of Canon & Nikon digital (and sometimes fllm) SLRs, and any # of small digital sidearms for capturing incriminating moments or wild action shotz..... I long to return to my film roots (though long ago dismantled my B&W darkroom.). I may play with a RolleiFlex soon ...
I do very little image manipulation, unless it's deliberately "art". No tricks or gadgets - mainly I crop and brighten using iPhoto. Time spent in the field appeals more to me than time spent at the keyboard....
I'm a much-travelled, keen participant in and observer of the natural world - especially when there's speed involved. I cast a wide & varied net, definitely with a slightly edgy take on the world. I love all things French, cats, and improbable images. Here's the countries I've visited:
