I've been in the news business for 22 years but have only recently expanded to being a photo-journalist in the past 15 years. I always like to describe myself as a photo-journalist with a sense of humor. Of course, that does not apply when covering crime and sad news events. What I don't get to write down on paper or record on a taped interview I get to capture on photos. Sometimes the lens has far more better eyes than me, lol!
