Full time IT guy, part time photographer. Dreams about quitting his computer job so he can take more photos and probably sit behind the computer some more. Loves to hike and travel, photographing where he's been. Supports his business through sales of prints and some commercial work.

Completely self taught, started learning on a digital camera in 2002. Still learning from the masters, but more through looking at photos from other amateurs and professionals, and tons of experimentation. Digital is "cheap." Cares not anymore for the film vs digital debate, as he has recently grown fond of large format film.

Lived in the Phoenix area, dreaming of moving to New Zealand until it finally happened. Now happily located in the greater Wellington area.
